EAP NOW®

At Healthworks Pros (HWP), we understand a healthy, supported workforce is the foundation of a thriving organization. Our comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP NOW®) is designed to provide confidential, professional support to your employees and their families, addressing a wide range of personal and work-related challenges.

CAP LEGAL®

Our comprehensive CAP LEGAL® understands that mental health plays a critical role in legal proceedings. Whether a firm specializes in personal injury, workers’ compensation, family law, immigration, criminal defense, or disability claims, CAP LEGAL® provides clinically sound, objective evaluations that can be instrumental in securing fair outcomes for their clients.

Current EAP NOW® Packages

FOUNDATION

Under EAP NOW(R) Foundation Package, we offer your employees and their families access to premium behavioral health services, with highly credentialed and licensed mental health professionals. Number of sessions are limited to health insurance coverage.

FOUNDATION PLUS

Under EAP NOW(R) Foundation Plus Package, we offer all services under the Foundation Package, plus legal and financial planning services. The employer pays for the initial consultation at a discounted rate per employee. Full engagement after the initial consultation will be the responsibility of the employee.

Foundation Premium

Everything under Foundation Plus, in addition to primary care, executive coaching, and up to three other services of the employer choosing. We will conduct a survey of your employees to determine which services are more beneficial to your team. The employer pays for the initial consultation at a discounted rate per employee. Full engagement after the initial consultation will be the responsibility of the employee.

Corporate Concierge Services (CCS)

For employers with 500 or more employees, our CCS package incorporates all Foundation Premium services, and includes onsite services for primary care, drug testing, vaccinations and more. This comprehensive plan is customized to accommodate the needs of the employer and their employees.
